Currently enrolled in a fellowship training program at the time of TVT 2023.
Post-fellowship, or post-residency and not currently enrolled in a fellowship program — excluding employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, or financial industries.
Allied Health Professional
Nurses, technologists, physician assistants, researchers, pharmacists, hospital administrators, biostatisticians, and other non-physicians professionally engaged in interventional cardiovascular medicine — excluding employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, or financial industries.
Employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, financial, or other industries — including such employees who are MD, DO, PhD, RN, PA, PharmD, or any other type of healthcare professional whose primary professional activity is as an employee of such company.
U.S. Government Employee
Current employees of the U.S. federal government. You will be required to present a valid U.S. government ID to pick up your badge.
Prohibition on Badge Swapping, Sharing, or Lending
Each person attending a CRF-sponsored/-managed meeting, symposia, program, event, etc. will be issued an event-specific badge bearing that person’s name. She or he must have the badge bearing their own name in her or his possession at all times while on the premises at which the event is taking place. SWAPPING, SHARING, OR LENDING AN EVENT BADGE TO ANY OTHER PERSON IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. The full badge policy is available in our Terms and Conditions.
All cancellations must be received in writing. If we receive your cancellation in writing before Wednesday, April 19, 2023 (by 11:59 PM EDT), you will receive a full refund minus a US$100 administrative fee. If we receive your cancellation in writing between Thursday, April 20 (12:00 AM EDT) and Wednesday, May 24, 2023 (by 11:59 PM EDT), you will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be processed after Thursday, May 25, 2023.
Fellows must provide a credit card to register. A hold for US$100 will be placed on that credit card.The card will be charged that amount if you fail to attend without notifying CRF of your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the start of TVT 2023.
In case of cancellation of attendance (by you or by CRF), please be sure to cancel any associated travel arrangements (e.g., lodging/housing, airfare, or other travel arrangements, etc.). As more fully set forth in our Terms and Conditions, CRF is neither liable nor responsible for any such associated travel costs.
Acceptable forms of payments are credit card and U.S. check. If you would like to pay by wire, a mandatory $75 wire processing fee will automatically be added to your total.
Badge Changes and/or Reprints
The fee for on-site badge changes or reprints is $75 per change/reprint.
