On-Site Attendance

Location – Phoenix

Located in south-central Arizona, the city of Phoenix is known for its year-round sun, dry climate, desert beauty, and Mexican and Native American influence. It’s the state capital and, with a population of more than 1.6 million, is Arizona’s most populous city and the fifth-largest city in the United States.

While here, explore attractions inside the city, such as a sampling of its cultural offerings: the Phoenix Symphony, the Arizona Opera, and Ballet Arizona, the Phoenix Art Museum, Pueblo Grande Museum and Archaeological Park, and the Heard Museum, dedicated to native American art. Check out what’s playing at the Herberger Theater Center, a three-stage downtown performing arts complex, or the 5,000-seat Arizona Financial Theater.

It may be hard to resist taking some time on some of Phoenix’s world-class golf courses and exploring the region’s beauty: the 71,000-acre Agua Fria National Monument, the sacred Casa Grande Ruins National Monument, and, of course, the Grand Canyon and the Painted Desert.

Bringing the kids? Head on over to the Children's Museum of Phoenix — which has been recognized as one of the top three children’s museums in the country — the Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Garden, Arizona Science Center, and many more children’s attractions.

You’ll find a wide variety of cuisines and dining spots to fit every palate and more than 50 within walking distance of the Phoenix Convention Center!

Air Travel

Phoenix is easily accessible from a major international airport and a small, domestic airport.

Traveling here from outside the United States?

Non-U.S. citizens must show proof of being fully vaccinated with the primary series of an accepted COVID-19 vaccine before boarding a flight to the United States.

At this time, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) does not require air passengers traveling into the United States from abroad to show a negative COVID-19 viral test or documentation of recovery from COVID-19. If U.S. COVID-19 policy changes, we will provide an update here. Please see full details of the U.S. policy.

Please view our International Travel page for more information about entry requirements if you are traveling from abroad.

Public Transportation in Phoenix

Although Phoenix is a large city, it has limited public transportation options, including a 38-station Valley Metro light rail. Metered taxis are widely available for call-ahead service, as are ride-share services like Lyft and Uber.

Phoenix Convention Center has parking available. Visit their parking page for more information.
Additionally, check with your hotel about parking availability and daily rates.
